A tasty fusion affair in the heart of the city with excellent service.

Galsmas- Every year my girlfriends and I meet for a chance to take a break from our busy schedules for something we call Galsmas. This gives us an opportunity to catch up with each other outside of our busy working and packed social schedules.

For December 2023, the fusion venue of Restaurant Ito made its may onto my list of venues considered for the year. Some of the criteria when we look to book include accommodations for dietary preferences, shared dishes and an excellent alcohol selection. Since my visit in December 2023, I am pleased to note that there have been changes made to the menu, as I always appreciate innovation within the restaurant space.

Shio kombu bread

This item came highly recommended by our server when we first settled into our seats. Abiding by his recommendations, the fluffy umami nature of the bread was unparalleled and worth a taste as an opener to our meal here.

Market Fish Katsu

Piping hot and fresh fish katsu, there was nothing better than holding a piece of freshly fried fish katsu between my fingers, with the accompanying sauce drizzled over it.

Duck Ravioli

The dessert that I would highly recommend trying is the mochi sorbetto- the day we attended the sorbet was of a passionfruit flavour wrapped in mochi- a refreshing end to our dinner of laughter shared with excellent company, delicious food and refreshing cocktails.

A upscale and fun venue for shared dishes and plates with company, I would gladly choose to return for a date night to try more items on their evolving and changing menu.
